Your body is consistently telling you how it is acting by subtly sending your small signals/ body symptoms daily. Try to listen closely to your body and look after yourself well. For instance, you can start with completing your standard annual health checks. (This is especially crucial for men and women above the age of 30 to maintain regular checkups before it is too late.)
