We partner with reputable print on demand shoe making companies, professional printing services, and jewelers in the United States, United Kingdom, and China. All our print-on-demand designer products you will receive is one of a kind, original, clean, and brand new as we do not accept returns/ exchanges for all our products at this shop.

    Pricing
    The prices charged by Heidi Kimura Art shall be those prices in effect on the date of Our receipt of a complete order from You. These merchandise prices do not include the cost of shipping the Products to Your designated “Ship To” address or any taxes on shipping, when applicable. You will be charged prior to the time Your order is shipped.
    Taxes
    Sales tax will be charged according to the ultimate “Ship To” destination of Your order. All sales, use, excise and other taxes applicable to the sale of the Products are Your sole responsibility and will be charged at the time the Products are shipped. Heidi Kimura Art will provide You with an estimate of these taxes at the time You submit Your order; however, this estimate may be revised by Heidi Kimura Art prior to shipment of Your order if tax rates change. All the items at our shop may be subject to standard duty/ import fees based on our customer's specific country codes. Our customers are responsible for the duty/ import fees and taxes for their items.
    Terms Of Payment
    You are required to provide a valid credit card number to Heidi Kimura Art when Your order is submitted. By submitting Your order, You authorize Heidi Kimura Art LLC to charge Your credit card for the entire purchase price, plus shipping costs and taxes and any applicable restocking charges or return delivery/freight charges. Heidi Kimura Art reserves the right to accept or reject the credit card number You provide when You enter Your order. By submitting an order and a credit card number, You represent to Heidi Kimura Art that You are the card holder, that the card is valid and that You are authorized to make the charges. Credit cards issued by banks located outside the United States of America will not be accepted.
    Changes and Cancellations
    We do not issue any refunds; nor do we accept any returns or exchanges for all our products on our website/ physical locations. Feel free to contact us by reaching one of our Customer Service representatives at (518) 504-0898 if you have any issues with your products. Due to the nature of our products, there is no refund, returns, or exchanges once you submit your payment on our website or at any of our physical locations. All sales are final. But feel free to message us at any time and we will try our best to serve you. We value your business and our customer services is very important to us.
    Heidi Kimura Art Orders may not be cancelled by customer without the written consent of Heidi Kimura Art. Substantial cancellation/re-stocking charges are applicable. Certain products are sold on a non-cancellable basis.
    Shipping And Delivery
    An estimated ship date will be provided to You by Heidi Kimura Art in Your order acknowledgement. Transit time is dependent on shipment method and location of delivery. Heidi Kimura Art will notify You via electronic mail when Your shipment leaves our facility.
    We offer Standard Domestic U.S. Shipping as well as Worldwide International Shipping. Production times will vary by manufacturer for all our Made-To-Order products. Our print-on-demand products have an average production/ processing/ handling time of seven (7) to ten (10) work days. Most of our products will be delivered to You in approximately two (2) to three (3) weeks after the order is placed, location dependent. If an order is placed outside of the United States, the order will ship complete and default to the longest lead time that is up to four (4) to five (5) weeks, location dependent as most of our products are made to order, print on demand design goods. All design products are subject to availability at the time of order submission. No deliveries will be made to PO boxes. We use "weight-based" shipping method at this online shop, which means, the more items you purchase from our shop as one (1) single purchase, the lower the shipping rates will be than to purchase one (1) single item at a time.
    Additional:
    If the buyer entered the wrong shipping address, we cannot redeliver another item to another address unless after the re-ship payment is submitted only if the package qualifies for reshipment. It is the buyer's responsibility to enter the correct shipping address. Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to Printing facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
  • Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to Printing facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.

  • Wrong/ Insufficient Address - If the recipient's address was wrong, then you are held responsible. Usually, the package is sent back to the return address. In the case that you've set the return address as your own, you can update the address and personally reship the order. If our address is set as the return address, then we'll contact you for an updated address. However, the packages are sometimes not returned to the sender. In this case, you would have to process a new order to replace the original.
  • All our buyers are responsible for providing our shop with the correct shipping address. If our buyers provided us with an insufficient/ inaccurate address and the package ended up getting returned to sender/ our manufacturing facility, our shop is not responsible for redelivering the item to the sender if the sender did not reimburse our shop for the additional shipping fee that was incurred to re-ship the item. If the buyer intend our shop to re-ship the item to the correct address, the buyer needs to notify us or respond to us via email within 3 days after the product is marked "delivered" to our facility, or "unclaimed" at our shipping facility if you still want to follow up with your order. Our shop's responsibility to fulfill the order ends after an order is marked as "fulfilled"/ "delivered" by the postal service's tracking information. If you have any questions regarding the product, you need to notify us within 3 days after the product has been delivered. Otherwise, we assume that you are satisfied with the product after the 3 day grace period has been passed and our shop will not have the responsibility to follow up with the order if the buyer did not follow up/ reply to our emails after that.
    All our products you will receive is one of a kind, original, clean, and brand new as we do not accept returns/ exchanges and we also do not offer any refunds as all sales are final and non-refundable. Please note that sometimes the final product colors can slightly differ from the mock-up images from our print providers. And the color display on your mobile/ laptops/ iPad devices may have a different color spectrum from the final product. Yet we try our best to best match the colors based on our mock-up image.
    GENERAL SUMMARY:

    Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable. there is no refund, returns, or exchanges. But feel free to message us at any time regarding your product and we will try our best to serve you if your request is within reasons and your request comply with all our shop policies. But then again, we cannot offer any refunds/ exchanges/ returns any buyer if they did not read our shop policies.

    We value your business and we offer excellent customer service to our customers in most normal circumstances. However, we have every right refuse working with customers whose demands are unreasonable/ illegal that conflict with our company's ethics, moral standards, or integrity. We also hold the right to report to the court of law to flag this buyer if we find out the buyer solicit illegal claims, send out threats/ harassment, or solicit unreasonable demands that threaten and compromise our company staffs safety or reputation within our community during any transactions/ shopping experience. All details of our email and phone conversations may be recorded and can be subject for review against the buyer in case of harassment/ illegal requests we received from our buyers. We hold the final right to make the final decision in case of any disputes in our shop.
    We previously had used the term "100% Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed" and this phrase only meant to apply if the customer's request comply with all our shop policies. We are not at fault if the customer did not read our shop policies before or after purchasing. Unfortunately, we have the right to not fulfill a customer's request if the request is unreasonable, illegal, unethical, or if the request goes beyond our normal scope of services/ responsibilities. To avoid confusions/ misunderstandings, we are going to refrain from using this phrase and the validity of this "100% Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed" phrase will end starting from July 1st, 2019. In other words, we can no longer fully guarantee that 100% of our buyers will be satisfied but we will try our best to fulfill and maximize value for our shoppers. Buyers buy at their own risk and should exercise their best judgement moving forward. We are not liable for any refunds/ exchanges/ cancellations if the buyer is at fault or does not comply with our shop policies/ the court of law.

    WRONG/ INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS:

This is because a lot of our products are fulfilled automatically after the orders are created.

    DAMAGES/ THEFT OF SHIPMENT:
    We are only responsible for fulfilling and delivering your item to your shipping address. We are not responsible for theft of the package or any damages that are caused outside our fulfillment center during the shipping and handling process.

But most U.S. customers will enjoy a slightly faster shipping rate as most of our partnering companies are located in the United States. Most of our art prints are printed in the United States, or Hong Kong. For all our shoes and heels are made in a reputable shoe factory company in China.

    Q: Do you sell digital files? JPEGS/PDFs?
    A: Yes. We do sell digital files in jpegs and pdf formats for a limited selection of our artworks and adult coloring pages. Most of our prints are only available to be mailed in physical form for copyright protection reasons. The physical art prints may be used for decorative purposes for personal use only and may not be copied or scanned (see our copyright statement at the bottom of each listing for more details). All our digital and physical items are copyright protected and please see the above descriptions under "License Agreement for Digital Downloads".

    Q: Can you change the hair color/skin tone of an art print?
    A: Yes! We can change the hair color/skin tones of some art prints. Please message us the name and SKU No. (Product I.D.)/ a link to the listing of the art print you're interested in and we'll let you know if it's possible!

    Q: Do you sell your work on phone cases?
    A: Yes. Please check out our phone case section.

    Q: Do you print everything in your studio?
    A: No. Most of our prints are printed professionally in the most notable print shop in the United States and United Kingdom. Depending on what products you are looking for, we do partner with drop shipping and professional printing companies in the United States, United Kingdom, Hong Kong, and China. All our print on demand items are made to order ONLY and therefore they are all brand new. Since we do not accept any return our exchanges, we can guarantee that your orders are only made especially for you only and it's not used or worn by other customers. 
    We have been using these drop shipping and printing locations for many decades now and they are very reliable, fast, and economical to allow us to be able to ship internationally without adding the high costs to our buyers.
    Q: Who pays the customs duties & taxes?

    A: Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. Our end customer is responsible for these fees. Any fees are paid to appropriate customs agency by the end customer.

    Customs agencies often calculate duties/fees based on the declared retail price.

    Heidi Kimura Art LLC doesn't currently offer a way to display paid VAT or a VAT ID on shipping labels or packing slips.

    With Heidi Kimura Art LLC live shipping rates, orders to Canada generate an Int'l Economy Duties paid with tracking option (4-8 business days after fulfillment). This method can be useful for tracking packages so that they're less likely to get lost in the mail.
