Due to the current severe COVID-19 pandemic interruptions in Hong Kong, a lot of flights got cancelled and we can no longer offer our usual fast shipping options. Shipments may be delayed by 2-3 months as a result as shipping by ship is the only option at the moment; however, our shop is still open and we will still be fulfilling your orders as quickly as possible. We are sorry for the inconvenience so caused.

Orders that were ordered from last Jan, 2022 to late Feb, 2022 will be experiencing shipping delays by 2-3 months due to the lack of flights into Hong Kong to abroad due to the current severe COVID-19 situation lockdown in Hong Kong. However, the e-packet (faster shipping options) is now available from yesterday onwards. Sorry for the inconvenience in our logistical challenges. We appreciate your patience.

This notice is ONLY for our UK customers and doesn't apply to our customers in regions/ countries such as USA, Canada, Hong Kong, Australia, France, Belgium, Germany, Cypress, Japan, Korea, Thailand, Singapore...etc.
We are stopping all our shoe shipments that includes our flip flops, heels, sneakers, boots to the UK until further notice.
Due to the new type of Covid-19 mutation in the United Kingdom and related restrictions, shipping carriers have advised about major delays and complete suspension of shipping to the UK.
We have just received information that no new orders from our shoe factory with shipping destinations in the UK will be delivered until further notice. Orders that have been fulfilled already will also be sent only after the restrictions have been lifted.
Please bear with us as we are trying to figure out the status of the affected orders. Major delays will be expected for our UK customers in getting their orders. See the latest Coronavirus update here through Royal Mail.
We are closely monitoring the situation as it continues to develop and will continue to update you as more clarity arises.

Our production time and fulfillment time is gradually returning to normal. We also recently have production partners in Australia, Barcelona, and Canada. Therefore we can deliver to New Zealand, Canada, and most European countries relatively quicker than before.

Dear Our Valued Customers, Due to the serious nationwide impact from the COVID-19, the USPS Postal Service has limited transportation capacity and we cannot guarantee our normal delivery standards. We are working really hard to update you with the tracking information every step of the way. Other than that, it's all business as usual and make sure you do enter a shipping address that will be at least valid for 3 months. Thank you all for your support and patience! Heidikimurart works with many different fulfillment partners to print and ship your orders from all over the world including the United States, United Kingdom, Latvia, China, and more countries. We are all about transparency here and we are in almost daily communication with our print providers for the latest updates.
Our fulfillment times are currently taking longer than usual and may continue to increase until Covid-19 is controlled. Please follow our FAQ section and this page for the latest fulfillment estimates.
Most of our fulfillment partners are still operating at reduced capacity and we are still accepting orders. However, the fulfillment and shipping times are experiencing significant delays, the international fulfillment will take longer than expected to at least more than triple to up to around 60 business days as well. The postal service cannot guarantee their normal service delivery standards. But your orders will reach your shipping address eventually. We provide a tracking link to each customer via email and you can sign up to receive SMS or email updates to learn about the status of your shipment if your order is shipped with USPS postal service. Notice that it may take up to 48 hours to update in the system and the USPS shipments has been seriously delayed particularly in the United States as compared to parts of Europe right now.
For those who ordered products shipped from Latvia Postal Service will follow the USPS guidelines for international shipments.

For shoppers who have purchased items that were Made in Latvia.
Right now, we're seeing longer delays for orders going from Europe to the US, as there are long queues at the major international shipping hub in Frankfurt. The shipping delays are estimated to be around 25 business days after the last estimated delivery date.
Due to this serious unexpected delay, we are trying our best to have most of our items be produced in the USA. We will avoid producing our goods in the USA instead of the EU as much as possible for our US customers, as the US is slowly opening up from the lock down in upcoming weeks.

International Mail Service Suspensions - USPS

Latvia’s post advises the government has extended a state of emergency until June 9 (subject to review). Therefore, the situation of force majeure previously declared as well as all earlier announcements including suspension of service delivery standard guarantees and notice of delays remain in effect until further notice. The post continues to operate, accepting postal items destined for all countries and sending them via alternative routes.
Latvia’s post advises that it has extended the situation of force majeure until further notice. This is the result of an extended state of emergency through at least May 12 in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The post can no longer guarantee service delivery standards. It has suspended processing of all inbound and outbound international mail conveyed via passenger air transport until further notice. It will strive to find alternative means to convey its outbound mail by truck or cargo air transport. Customers are advised that there may be significant delays. For preventive purposes, shipments are stored in a warehouse for 72 hours prior to transport. The post also will store postal items at its offices for up to 60 days to alleviate customers’ concerns about having to collect items immediately and help reduce the flow of customers at post offices.
