Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept any returns/ exchanges/ refunds on any items on our shop. Once the product is paid in full, your order will be processed automatically and therefore cannot be reversed.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

If you ordered the wrong size or the incorrect shipping address, we cannot process any returns/ exchanges/ refunds once the transaction is processed. You will need to start a new order if you wish to order another size or shipping address. All sales are final. Our responsibility to follow up with the order ends right after the product been marked as "delivered" by the third party postal services.

Damaged Shipment

We will not be responsible for any third party damage to the shipment by the postal office or vandalism at the shipping address in your shipping address' neighborhood. This includes if someone accidentally or intentionally damages your package when you leave the package outside/ near/ at your shipping address. It is the buyer's responsibility to enter a secured and valid shipping address.

If the package arrived with some normal wear and tear during the shipment process and the item is intact, we are not responsible for the damage. However, if a completely wrong item was sent to your address, be sure to take a clear picture of the package box and the item you received within 48 hours. We will follow up your case with our fulfillment center from there. We will not be able to follow up with your order if you failed to respond within 48 hours after the item was marked "delivered" to your shipping address.

Shipping Fee:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Non-US customers are responsible for paying their custom taxes for shipping for all shipments.

Custom Fees and Import Taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply for all domestic/ international shipments. We are also not responsible for delays due to customs.
For international/ domestic shipping, we will not be marking the item as a "gift" or falsely declaring the retail value of our shipment as it is illegal and it is a merchandise.
