How to pamper yourself and reset your energies at night time?
It's summer. After the July 4th Happy Independence Day and all that fun barbecues and outdoor beach parties with your friends and family, you definitely need a break and get extra relaxed and pampered this hot summer.
Isn't it nice to have some of that me time after a long long day at work? It's essential to have personal time after a long gruesome day at work. Maybe we you are working at a job you don't really enjoy but needed that job to make ends meet. Sometimes, you just need that personal meditation time to really reset so you can meet the next day with a full night of sleep and think for solutions.
Tip 1: Make a warm cup of herbal tea
Get a fancy silk tea bags. Drink up some organic green tea or calming chamomile tea tonight and relax for your couch while watching your latest TV shows. Take out your green peppermint detox mud/ Hawaiian volcanic sea mud face masks and pamper yourself. That's how a lot of British people deal with their problems. There's a saying that a lot of problems can be resolved over a warm cup of tea especially during those cold winters. Tip 2: Relax with a warm foot bath
Tons of research that shows that soaking up your feet up to your ankles can help relax your muscles. It doesn't have to be expensive and just get a plastic tall bucket that can hold a lot of water tonight. Don't forget to get some of our bath mats to protect your floors.
Tip 3: Get a home yin yoga class
Are you into stretching or yoga in general? There has been tons of research that prove that gentle stretching exercises can help prolong one's life. Yin yoga is so essential for your overall well-being. Just go on Youtube and find out what kind of free yin classes are out there on the internet and get some bolsters/ pillows from your coach/ sofa and start your yin classes.
Switch on your essential oil diffusers and put on your favorite lavender oil to calm down your senses. Of course it would always be best if you can get a couple of yoga blocks, or yoga straps to help further stretch out your muscles and detox your body. You will have a much better night of sleep after your body is calm and relaxed.
Tip 4: Journal
Write down your thoughts and feeling on your journal. Some people prefer the traditional pen and paper journal. Some people prefer a hidden version of a WordPress to write/ type out all their goals and feelings. It's crucial to reset and lay out all your goals, issues, and ambitions on a blank piece of paper. It's your internal dialogue/ meeting dialogue for yourself to sort out all your problems. Whether it's a relationship/ marriage problem, or a work related problem, or a serious health issue/ family crisis you are dealing with. Where there's a will, there's a way.
It's all about keeping a positive attitude and there's a solution to every single problem out there. Journaling is cheaper than that US$170-250/ 50 min. session that most psychotherapists charge you and those therapists will never know you as much as you know yourself and most therapists out that are really just out there to give out services to make a living. If you are a more private person and not want to overshare to some stranger who may or may not really care about you, you might want to start journaling first before spending money that you may or may not have on those possibly embarrassing unfruitful therapy sessions.
Tip 5: Get a pet or a plant to take care of
Get a pet. Yes, we mean a real pet or a houseplant. Get a houseplant and get your hands dirty in your garden and start a new hobby in gardening. There's so much health benefits onto just being in nature and get into a habit of gardening and breathing in all that oxygen in your backyard. Maybe you can start a small vegetable garden in your backyard this summer? Or maybe you love flowers, and you can start growing those attractive large sunflowers on your front porch this summer and improve your curb appeal? At night time, you can make sure you don't forget to turn on your irrigation system for your plants in your yard.
Or are you an animal lover? Do you want a dog or a cat? Go plan to visit your local animal shelter and see what dog/ cat need help this summer? Spread some love and maybe you can also plan to volunteer your time at your local SPCA local animal shelter and serve animals who need special love and attention this summer? We need more quality plus size clothing
We are announcing our new release of our plus-size clothing line for all the beautiful and curvy ladies out there looking for premium workout fitness sexy leggings online. The media has brainwashed us into believing a lot of unrealistic depictions of body image for women where women are objectified and hypersexualized to be expected to look super skinny with very low body fat. But in reality, a vast majority of American women are overweight and are well over the dress size 8. Over 70 percent of American women are actually overweight and most average American women are plus size women. However, there are not enough fashion brands that carry plus size clothing for plus size women. So, we are trying to change that.
Our new line can offer curvy lades from sizes 2XL, 3XL, 4XL, 5XL, up to 6XL. We are size inclusive for women of all shapes and sizes. We understand that most retailers only carry up to size 2XL and so if you are larger than size 2XL, you are in luck if you shop at our store as we do carry up to size 6XL.
We realized there has been a lot of demand for plus size women's clothing online in general and there are not enough premium fashion brands that are catering to plus-size curvy women who also want to buy and have access to the high-end quality fashion apparel to look good and stylish.
As we all know, as a larger size lady, it's it is sometimes kind of mortifying to walk into a traditional big box retailer and not be able to find the size that a plus size lady would want. And also plus size ladies always have to bare and tolerate a lot of unfairness and judgmental look from the sometimes mean sales ladies. Therefore, this opens up to a huge platform for plus size ladies to shop online instead and avoid all that unwanted harassment and awkwardness while shopping. Shopping is supposed to be a fun, and stress-free experience and we like to keep it that way.

Went to a yoga class today and we are exploring the topic on why we were here with this meditation. Why do we have the arms and legs that we have? Why do we have the mind and body we have? It's a process of blending the mind with the body and carry out the movement with each inhale and exhale. If you want to remember one thing after this yoga class. You probably should remember how to breath in and out slowly. It's important to go to your yoga classes daily as a basic self-care routine. We are here and we exist because we are exactly where we need to be at right now. We all have a purpose in this life and we need to find our way to get there. We did the sun salutation sequences very quickly and the teacher was counting 3,2,1... onto each downward dog, each chatarunga, each upward-facing dog..etc. Sometimes, we may rush through the sequence and do each pose rather mindlessly when we are working on the same things over and over again. It applies to our every day life too. Why not put more thought and heart onto doing things with more care and attention to detail.Spread your fingers wide while you are doing your downward facing dog pose on your yoga mat and put the knuckles to the mat and lift your hips high. When you are doing your upward facing dog, try to hold your pose as long as you can and stretch your spine and press the backs of your toes down. When you are doing your chatarunga, make sure your shoulders are back, your head is lifted and your elbows are in and not bending outwards.

Sometimes, we lack the patience to perform each task with utmost detail. It could be as simple as every day mundane tasks of folding your laundry, or brushing your teeth, or sweeping the floors. So, it's something we need to improve upon. Why not spend more time and do things more slowly and add more effort onto it. You will see the difference very quickly.

There are many medical researches that show that our gut can react more quickly than our overall body and our head. So, the gut is actually the first point of response we get when we react to a certain situation/ environment/ a person. Haven't you experienced a time when you received a bad job offer from a low budget firm that no one from the industry has heard of. The company seemed to produce work that's below par. You weren't sure if you should take on the offer and take such an expensive risky move and relocate for the job because the pay seemed decent but with no basic health insurance. Plus, the working conditions and locations weren't that great either? Your gut tells you that something is off, and may not pay off in the long run. And you don't know what you should do?
Or, it could be as simple as to decide whether or not you should eat that ice-cream bar or just eat a fresh apple for dessert tonight after a long day of work. Would you rather eat that ice-cream bar and put your long term health at risk or an apple that can be better for your health in the long run? Your gut is always telling you what's right, or better for you to do instead. It's your guarding angel and shield you from dangers of the world.
Through our experiences to different life situations, we can collection a pattern of behavior, or simply put, a certain vibe along the way. Always listen to the little tiny whispers in your ears, trust your own instincts. It's not always about following your heart or your mind. We should all follow our gut first because our gut can tell us more than our mind/ heart.
The gut. The gut is the voice from our soul. It's the little tiny whispers from your soul. Follow your intuition and your gut because they will lead you to making your best judgements while you are on your way to achieving your dreams.
So, how do yoginis and yogis find your way to get closer to trusting in our gut instincts? Yes, you are right. It's through meditation.

Our 20 minute Morning Routine:
To meditate is to be non-reactive to the things or people or the noise that's surrounding you. If you are a Christian, that's like praying to God to receive wisdom and guidance. If you are a yogi, you meditate just to calm down. It doesn't always have to be an overly religious act as it's just a way to calm down and sort out the priorities in your life before you start out your day.
This is how we like to meditate as yogis and yoginis:
16 Ways to Meditate at Home
- Put on your casual leggings or yoga pants
- Wear yoga bra with your yoga tees and tanks
- Clear out the clutter and make room for your yoga mat.
- Spread out a nice yoga mat on the floor in your living room.
- Sit on a block/ a pillow if you have one.
- Close your eyes and cross your legs.
- Rest your palms on your thighs.
- Press your palms down to feel more grounded.
- Open your palms up to receive more energies.
- Play some meditation on your phone app.
- Enjoy your zen time and get in touch with your soul.
- Think of 10 things you feel grateful for.
- Think of 1 person you want to dedicate this practice to today. It can be a loved one, your husband/ wife/ boyfriend/ girlfriend/ your mom/ your dad/ your best friends/ or your pet..etc.
- Think of 1 thing you can't control and think of all the traumatic events in your life that you need to forgive, take the lesson and let go of. Exhale and let go of your past, and Inhale in your future and all the good things that are supposed to come into your life.
- Pray for the world and the ones who are less fortunate than you. It could be the people suffering in war or the people suffering in famine and incurable diseases.
- Remind yourself how fortunate you are at this stage of your life and that you are enough. You tried enough and you are good enough. You are exactly where you are supposed to be right now.
