Ads may not redirect to the Heidi Kimura Art web site (www.heidikimurart.com) unless they clearly state that the advertisement is sponsored by an “Affiliate of Heidi Kimura Art.” The URL "www.heidikimurart.com" may not be displayed in the ad. Otherwise, the ad must link to a unique publisher landing page. Affiliates may not advertise on any search engine using the trade name or url of other fitness fashion apparel companies Publishers must enter as negative search terms the words "Heidi," "Heidi Kimura," "Heidi Kimura Art," and “www.heidikimurart.com.” Heidikimurart Ltd. reserves the right to cancel affiliate commissions on sales generated through violation of any policy. Failure to comply with Heidi Kimura Art policies will result in cancelled commissions and affiliate termination from the Heidi Kimura Art affiliate program. These policies are strictly enforced.

Heidi Kimura Art reserves the right to request affiliates remove coupons from their sites as we deem necessary.

Adult content, hate material, slanderous or libelous information, promotion of violation or infringement upon copyrights trademarks and other intellectual property, false or misleading advertising or claims, misleading or hidden links, return of portion of commission to consumer.

Allowed are unaltered logo and banner designs, approved original ad media, use of logo or trademark to that does not misrepresent site as a property of or identical to Heidi Kimura Art company or site
Incentivized Traffic
Allowed - Promotional methods must be stated up front when applying to the Heidi Kimura Art program and notice must be sent to Heidi Kimura Art if promotional methods are changed. Applications from sites that return to the customer a portion of the publisher commission in the form of rebates, cash back or rewards of any kind may be declined.
Allowed - Email promotion of Heidi Kimura Art must comply with the requirements of the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 (Public Law No. 108-187). A copy of email promotions must be sent to info@heidikimurart.com for the records of the Heidi Kimura Art.
Software
Allowed - The use of pop-ups or pop-unders, adware, nuisanceware or malware, including software that downloads to the visitor’s computer without positive confirmation from the visitor that the download of the software is desired, are NOT ALLOWED. Heidi Kimura Art by default opts out of toolbars and loyalty-ware of any sort. Approval for Heidi Kimura Art participation in toolbar or loyalty applications must be obtained on an individual basis by affiliate.
Sub-Affiliates
Allowed - Sub-affiliates must be pre-approved by Heidi Kimura Art. Publishers will be held responsible for the compliance of any sub-affiliates with all applicable program policies.
Social Media
Allowed - Heidikimurart Ltd. may be promoted in text on social media sites provided disclosure of affiliate status is made. Any visual promotion of Heidikimurart Ltd. on such sites as YouTube must be approved by Heidi Kimura Art before it is posted, and affiliate disclosure must be made in the visual promotion.
Heidikimurart Ltd retain the full copyrights of the influencer's promotional materials even upon the termination of the influencer contract. The influencers have to retain the past kind reviews as requested in return for the sponsorships. Failure for the influencer to do so, will result in the influence being liable to pay for the full retail value of the items.
Coupons and Promotional Codes
Publishers may use any coupons or promotional codes that are provided through the affiliate program or otherwise available to the public. All the coupons or affiliate codes will be terminated upon the termination of the influencer contract.
Non-Commissionable Items
Contract sales to yoga studios and businesses, Heidi Kimura Art Room Aid transactions, gift cards and e-gift cards, orders placed using gift cards or e-gift cards, any click on a monetized link that is not last monetized link clicked before sale.

No Slander
The influencer agrees not to in any way slander or injure the business reputation or goodwill of Heidikimurart Ltd, or any Heidikimurart’s staffs, or affiliates through any contact with customers, vendors, suppliers, participants of the yoga challenges/ social media campaigns, employees or agents of the Heidikimurart's affiliates, or in any other way. Failure to do so may constitutes defamation and the influencer/ shoppers/ individuals will be legally liable for any loss or damages so caused.
No Harassment
Th Influencer does not engage in unlawful harassment, including sexual harassment, obscenity or profanity, poor manners, spamming, name-calling, with respect to any persons with whom the influencer may interact in the performance of this Agreement, and Influencer takes all reasonable steps to prevent harassment from occurring.
All affiliates must comply with FTC’s Endorsement Guidelines, our Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, and other applicable agreements.
