The influencer or shopper agrees not to in any way slander or injure the business reputation or goodwill of the Heidikimurart’s affiliates through any contact with customers, vendors, suppliers, participants of the yoga challenges/ social media campaigns, employees or agents of the Heidikimurart's affiliates, or in any other way. Failure to do so may constitutes defamation and the influencer/ shoppers/ individuals will be legally liable for any loss or damages so caused.
