The time we need to prepare an order varies for different shipping for different countries. Please see specific items for details.

Art Prints: ~5-25 business days for all US orders. 5-27 business days for all international orders.
Made to order designer Shoes/ Heels, Jewelry, Home Accessories: Shipping times varies from 5-27 business days due to the made-to-order items from our drop shipping production partners. But most U.S. customers will enjoy a slightly faster shipping rate as most of our partnering companies are located in the United States. Most of our art prints are printed in the United States, or Europe. For all our shoes such as heels/ pumps/ sneakers/ boots are made in a reputable shoe factory company in China/ USA.

We try our best to meet deadlines but the exact arrival dates are not guaranteed. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose to use.
As for our items from our "Heidi's Choice" collections, please refer the shipping times on the product's product page. The estimated shipping time is between 2-4 weeks. We will update the status with a tracking number once the item is shipped out.

For international/ domestic shipping, we will not be marking the item as a "gift" as it is illegal and it is a merchandise.
