On Sundays, we will rest from asana and reflect in nature on the seasonal theme: ****Spring Growth/New Life**** During spring, Mother Nature wakes from her slumber and new life pops up all around us. Baby animals are born, plants, flowers, and trees blossom with new growth. In what areas of your life are you growing? How can this be a new season of growth? ☀️🍁❄️🌺
